Goal!

We decided T needed to participate in a team sport so we started him in soccer. He did a trial class and loved it so he had his first official class today. He got a jersey. He is number 5 (he picked it over 1).

He seems to really enjoy it.

Princess Hair

I randomly decided to put my hair in a side braid yesterday. When Emma saw it she said, "Princess Elsa hair." I asked her if she wanted princess hair and she said yes. But, she requested 2 braids like Princess Anna. She gets what she asks for but, in true Emma fashion, the hairstyle did not last long (she is somewhat of a free spirit/wild child).

Emma's First Dentist Appointment

Having turned 2, Emma had her first dentist appointment today. And, she did awesome. Everyone at the office was saying how impressed they were with her. I'm sure it helped that T went first (she wants to do whatever he does) and that Frozen was playing on the ceiling TV.

Here are the kids having their teeth cleaned. No cavities. Hopefully we can keep that up.

Tyler's Star of the Week

Each week a student is "Star of the Week." The student gets to bring in a poster board with pictures and it gets put up in the classroom for the week. Then, on Friday, the student gets "interviewed" and gets to hand out a little gift to the friends.

The students got to go in alphabetical order so Tyler waited for his week for a long time. He was really excited when Monday came along and he got to bring his pictures to school.

It was fun going through pictures to include but there were so many more I wanted to include but the poster just wasn't big enough. :(. I should have measured the actual board - I could have gotten a bigger poster. :)

Here are the gifts he brought for his friends - a pull back car and car sticker design sheet. He still loves cars. :)
